Sizing Info

Please check the product descriptions for sizing information, as we take care to describe each item as accurately as possible. Depending on the style and fabric of the garment, sizing may vary slightly. The fit is included in the description to tell you if it runs small, large, true to size or relaxed fit. We carry a wide array of brands and therefore are unable to provide a universal size chart. Knowing your dress size is typically key to being able to choose your size. Most of the brands we carry are young contemporary sizing in lieu of women's sizing. This is a size fit that runs between a junior size and a women's size. Depending on the style and fabric of the garment, sizing may vary slightly.

Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Returns are something that are bound to happen occasionally, but we work hard to eliminate the chances. Please read each product description carefully, as we describe in as much detail as possible how each item fits. We love to answer questions you may have about an item you are thinking about ordering, so please call, text, or email us with any additional product and sizing questions you may have ahead of time. Our goal is to reduce the number of returns as it saves all of us time and money, making it a win, win for all!

If an item must be returned, we offer STORE CREDIT which will be issued via email upon us receiving the return item in NEW and UNUSED condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed order date shown on your order’s tracking number. Should you return an item after this time frame, we cannot accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, as well as makeup, deodorant, smoke and stain free and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. All shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please mail item(s) back to our location in a package or bag, if returning footwear please return in its original undamaged box and place inside another box for return. Do not place a shipping label or tape on the original box.  

Please email us to let us know you will be returning an item so we can be expecting it. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if needed, and if item(s) are returned without any prior communication, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. A restocking fee will also be deducted if the item(s) do not return to us in their new and unused condition.

DUE TO DAILY INVENTORY CHANGES, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until we have received your return and issued your store credit. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

We suggest adding tracking to your package, so you can verify delivery. You may ship your return via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

STORE CREDIT 

Once your return is received and inspected for acceptable conditions, if approved your refund will be processed to you as store credit. This will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card which will never expire and can be used toward any future purchase. Please allow 3-4 business days for store credit to be processed and emailed to you.

EXCHANGES 

DUE TO DAILY INVENTORY CHANGES, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until we have received your return and issued your store credit. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. 

REFUNDS

We can only refund your purchase back to original payment if items are defective, damaged or in the case of an exchange as listed above. We are a small box store, doing the best we can to provide unique and good quality products for our customers. We will offer a refund if the product is damaged or we make a mistake regarding your order, all other returns will be issued as store credit.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed in a second box to protect them from further transport damage. 

 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

  • Please be aware we only process returns Monday-Friday. 
  • All items sent back to us that are ineligible for a return will be held until the customer pays another $9.00 shipping fee to have the item mailed back to them. 
  • Lost Packages: We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand that once the package is in the hands of USPS Crooked Horn Company is not held responsible.
  • Please keep in mind we DO NOT COVER return shipping cost.
