We so very much appreciate every Crooked Horn Customer and that you have chosen to shop with us! We want to make shopping with us as convenient as possible. Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS which takes approximately 3-4 business days in the States, depending on the destination. If you would like to have an item upgraded to priority shipping, please email us at info@crookedhorncompany.com and we will let you know the different cost options.

USPS Shipping (Orders $115.01-$199.99): $9.50
USPS Shipping (Orders $200.00 and up): FREE
Shipping Information
• Crooked Horn Co. ships within the continental United States only.
• All United States orders are subject to applicable state taxes.
• Shipping timelines vary depending on the selected shipping method.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
• During free shipping promotions, USPS Ground Advantage will be used.
• If a different shipping method is selected, shipping charges may be adjusted or an invoice may be sent for the different based on customer preference.
Shipping Insurance
Each USPS package, with some exceptions, may include up to $100 of insurance. These packages are ONLY insured against loss, damage, or missing contents. This does not include stolen packages. Claims must be filed with USPS no later than 60 days. We do our best to assist in completing USPS claims. However, there are instances where they are rejected.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Crooked Horn Co. will do our best to assist with packages determined to be lost or misdirected during transit.
• Customers are responsible for notifying us if a package is lost or misdirected so we can begin the claims process.
• We will work with USPS and the customer to determine the best possible resolution.
• Crooked Horn Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Undeliverable packages returned to us will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
• If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should file a claim directly with the delivery carrier.
• A copy of a police report may be required before replacement assistance can be considered.
• Crooked Horn Co. is not responsible for replacing stolen packages once marked as delivered.
